Support Scope
- Account login, binding code, and store access issues

Account and Binding Code
In the normal business flow, accounts are created or invited by an authorized merchant administrator or Goocean operator through the web management portal. The mobile app is used by authorized merchant staff after they receive an account or binding code.
The binding code is only used to link a staff account to a merchant store and assign role permissions. It is not a payment code, coupon, subscription code, or paid access code.
Response Time
We usually respond to support requests within 1-3 business days. Urgent account access or security-related requests will be prioritized.
